Brian has almost twenty years of experience as a transactional attorney and founder. After beginning his career as a corporate attorney specializing in M&A and private equity, he left the law to start an e-commerce company based in Los Angeles.

He now represents startups, entrepreneurs and small to medium sized businesses in connection with growth equity transactions, M&A and outside general counsel matters.
