Brian has almost twenty years of experience as a transactional attorney and founder. After beginning his career as a corporate attorney specializing in M&A and private equity, he left the law to start an e-commerce company based in Los Angeles. He returned to law to focus on representing startups, entrepreneurs and small to medium sized businesses in connection with M&A, growth equity transactions and outside general counsel matters. His clients and representative transactions involve a diverse scope of industries including media and entertainment, technology, manufacturing and consumer goods.
